Nuestros lomos de Bonito del Norte son cortados a cuchillo manualmente para obtener perfectas tajadas blancas. Los envasamos prietos dentro del tarro para hacer que su maduración, en aceite de oliva de primera calidad, sea lenta y extraer así su exquisito sabor.
Albacore Tuna: the sea's greatest delight. Using traditional line trolling method of "Currican", our Albacore is caught between the months of July and October. This guarantees a firm, white flesh, without bruises. We only provide the choicest supreme block-cuts. After being jarred, the Albacore is then marinated in olive oil for several months to ensure the desired flavour.
